Serve as the institution's Designated Officer and Title IX Coordinator overseeing civil rights compliance, intake, investigations, resolution, training, and prevention programs. Build partner enablement, training, and portal content; design and execute joint demand-generation campaigns, events, webinars, and content syndication; administer MDF/SPIFF and program budgets; stand up partner advisory boards and MSP councils; report program results and travel (~30%) for partner and industry events.

Lead and scale a customer-facing technical support team for a B2B SaaS product in senior living. Own SLAs, KPIs, escalations, incident management, knowledge base, reporting, and collaboration with engineering to reduce recurring issues and drive product improvements. Hire, coach, and raise technical troubleshooting standards while delivering high-quality customer communication and operational metrics.
