Administer, monitor, and maintain the Town's enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization, networks, cloud services, cybersecurity, endpoints, and enterprise applications. Build and maintain high-performance Ruby on Rails services on a Rails/AWS/Kubernetes stack. Own end-to-end feature development, optimize DB queries and APIs, support legacy modernization and new product growth, participate in on-call rotation, and drive CI/CD, testing, and architectural improvements.

Perform NIST-based security control assessments and risk assessments, develop and review System Security Plans (SSP), produce SAR/RAR and POA&Ms, support SA&A (C&A) and contingency planning, and liaise with system owners and executives. Provide clear written and verbal deliverables and operate independently on security assessment tasks.
