Administer and support the Pentagon2000 ERP platform: troubleshoot and optimize system performance, configure features and integrations, stay current on releases, develop and deliver end-user training, build reports (Power BI/SSRS/SQL), and oversee contractors to ensure systems meet business needs and compliance requirements. In-office role with minimal travel.

Implements responsive frontends, builds secure server-side logic and APIs, integrates third-party services, applies AI-assisted development, ensures accessibility and scalability, manages version control and CI/CD workflows, writes documentation, mentors teammates, and collaborates with managers, designers, and stakeholders.

Create and publish hands-on DevOps and platform engineering use cases: build working demos (pipelines, integrations, configs), write clear tutorials and documentation, and distribute content to drive organic traffic and signups. Collaborate with product, maintain a steady publishing cadence, and produce runnable examples that reduce support load.

Administer and maintain HR applications (primarily Workday) including configuration, integrations, reporting, and data analysis. Support payroll, timekeeping, and HR processes, develop reports and interfaces, collaborate with HR SMEs, lead improvements, and manage projects to maintain data integrity and system performance.

Lead manufacturing process improvement projects using lean principles to optimize plant layout, tooling, and equipment. Collaborate with production and product engineering to remove bottlenecks, improve quality and throughput, provide ROI support for capital, mentor engineering staff, and ensure safety and continuous improvement across operations.

Serve as primary HR partner for a ~400-employee portfolio, advising leaders on employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, training, unemployment/EEOC claims, and HR projects to strengthen culture and organizational performance.

Manage day-to-day insurance compliance, renewal data collection, COI issuance, initial claims intake, RMIS administration, rental-portfolio insurance coordination, invoice reconciliation, surety bond oversight, audit support, and broker liaison duties to maintain accurate organizational risk and insurance records.

Lead cash flow, reserves, restricted funds planning, and investment/liquidity modeling. Partner cross-functionally to translate revenue into deployable cash, allocate donor-restricted funds, monitor risks, and support investment tracking and reporting.

Lead and execute the full marketing function: PR, product launch for a new sensor, content and brand strategy, thought leadership, agency/freelancer management, and marketing strategy, budgeting, and performance measurement to drive sales-led growth.
