Serve as primary project manager and client liaison for new customers adopting Curve Hero. Plan implementations, manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinate training and data conversion, track deliverables and timelines, resolve roadblocks, and secure client signoffs while ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

Manage front office operations including reception, mail, purchasing, equipment service agreements, petty cash, investor portals, owner distributions, Visa card setup, and supervise administrative staff.

Support engineering and operations to develop and maintain quality systems (APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA), conduct audits (IATF16949/ISO14001), implement SPC, lead 8D/root-cause problem solving, manage customer/supplier quality issues, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Design and develop APIs and microservices for BaaS partner onboarding; collaborate with product and architecture teams; mentor engineers; ensure CI/CD, testing, observability, and SLA compliance; participate in incident response and root cause analysis; document architectures; evaluate emerging technologies and refactor code to build secure, scalable, configurable systems.

Lead product security strategy and hands-on implementation to protect a large AI platform. Design and build anti-abuse features (Sybil resistance, bot detection, reputation systems), perform threat modeling and architecture reviews, collaborate with product and infrastructure teams on secure APIs and identity, create secure-by-default tooling, respond to incidents and run postmortems, and mentor engineers in secure coding and operational security.

Supervise product supply engineers to test, inspect, and approve procured parts, resolve assembly issues, manage inbound approval and supplier communications, oversee tooling development, coordinate global quality, and present progress to management.

Assist the Office Manager by coordinating appointments and staff schedules, supervising and training office personnel, maintaining internal accounting controls, monitoring accounts receivable, hiring/training staff, and performing miscellaneous administrative duties as requested.

Perform Windows Server administration for 60+ servers: test and deploy builds/patches, follow CM approval, schedule patching via SCCM/IVANTI/WSUS, update SOPs, monitor vulnerabilities, manage NTFS permissions, create Active Directory accounts, and use Splunk and VMware for operations.

Lead product strategy and execution for AI-native underwriting: set a 12-month vision, prototype and ship early proofs, partner with design and engineering, represent the product externally, and raise team performance to move AI from assistive to decisioning at scale.

Manage day-to-day HR operations including HRIS (Paycom) data integrity, compliance, leave and benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, training, adjunct faculty contract processing, and HR policy development. Support managers and HR leadership, coordinate HR projects, maintain records and reporting, and ensure consistent, timely, and compliant HR processes.
