Provide front-desk and administrative support including answering calls, vendor invoice and freight processing, vendor file maintenance, credit card reconciliation, mail handling, office supply procurement, event coordination, and backup A/R and A/P support. Lead HR for Entrance Solutions vertical (~200 employees across six partner companies), driving retention and eNPS, owning payroll and benefits via Miter rollout, building a unified HR playbook, managing employee relations and compliance, and coaching distributed HR/admin teams to improve field technician retention and operational consistency.

Own technical execution of attention measurement for complex client accounts: campaign setup, tag implementation and live-tracker debugging, QA, data exploration in Excel/Looker/SQL, partner integrations, client-facing technical guidance, and cross-functional process automation.
