· Review and approve technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and customer handover packages.

· Collaborate with Project Management, QA, Service, and the Directors of PMO and Clinical Solutions to align technical decisions, delivery plans, and cross-functional standard work.

· Define and implement internal standard operating procedures, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines across software delivery activities.

· Participate in customer technical reviews and handovers, and deliver technical training for customers and colleagues through training materials and on-site sessions.

· Evaluate and introduce technologies, frameworks, cloud approaches, and agile practices that improve solution scalability, reliability, and delivery efficiency.

· Optimize resources and identify technical risks early to support efficient implementation and project profitability.
