Provide commercial legal support to U.S. insurance and reinsurance businesses. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and reinsurance agreements, advise on claims and coverage issues, manage outside counsel, support finance and strategic transactions, and partner with business stakeholders across underwriting, programs, and operations.

Own strategic client relationships for a portfolio of 20-40 complex clients across the benefits lifecycle. Provide high-impact executive support to the CEO: manage calendar and inbox, prepare meeting briefs, track action items, lead administrative team, drive strategic projects (fundraising, product launches, SOPs), handle personal logistics, and leverage AI/CRM tools to automate workflows. Growth path to Chief of Staff and responsibility for scaling executive operations.

Own and expand a portfolio of enterprise health system accounts, serve as executive sponsor, drive retention and growth, build expansion strategies, lead account planning and QBRs, partner with Product and Engineering to accelerate time-to-value, and translate customer needs into product and GTM insights.

Provide technical project support to Navy Regional Maintenance Center project teams: availability planning, engineering service requests, certifications (KE/MS), DFS/ESR reviews, coordination with yards and stakeholders, and execution certification support.

Manage customer credit and collections, enter and reconcile daily cash receipts in SAP, resolve invoice discrepancies, set up and maintain customer accounts, generate invoicing and reports, and support Credit Manager and other finance tasks.

The Software Engineer develops and enhances complex software systems, analyzes user requirements, debugs software, integrates systems, and leads teams in software processes.
