Support planning, setup, breakdown, and follow-up for regional student events and campaigns. Serve as post‑sale client liaison to onboard and support clients, run CIRBI demos and training, coordinate study start‑up transitions, track satisfaction and metrics in CRM, produce client reports, and collaborate internally to resolve issues and improve client experience.

Support the investment team with discretionary account management, trade execution, client communication, research, and performance reporting across equity and fixed income portfolios. Balance investment professional duties (portfolio management, trading, client-facing work) with operational support (systems troubleshooting, report generation, data management). Prepare materials for investment committee, produce regular performance and fact-sheet reporting, and expand responsibilities over time.

Identify and engage prospective customers via phone, email, social and other outreach to generate qualified sales opportunities; qualify leads and hand off sales-ready opportunities; run targeted campaigns with sales and marketing; maintain CRM and pipeline data; Level II/III add strategic account analysis; Level III mentors junior team members.

Provide front-desk and junior administrative support: greet visitors, answer multi-line phones, manage mail and conference rooms, coordinate travel, perform data entry and clerical tasks, maintain office supplies and professional client relationships to project a positive firm image.

Lead execution and optimization of customer operations and success platforms (Totango/Gainsight). Administer in-app engagement tools, monitor KPIs, manage data integrity, and drive automation and AI-enabled efficiency. Partner cross-functionally, deliver project implementations, communicate status to leadership, and indirectly manage and coach contributors to improve adoption and operational outcomes.
