Lead customer onboarding and implementation for AutogenAI's SaaS platform: manage project plans, configure the product, deliver training, drive early adoption, and coordinate handoffs to Customer Success while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Support and administer the Navy Reserve’s NALCOMIS logistics management environment, including NTCSS virtual environments, virtual machines, OOMA and OIMA servers. Perform system and database administration, maintenance, security updates, backups, software and virus-definition updates, system monitoring, documentation, and user training. Support WMS-to-robotics and WCS integrations for client warehouse operations. Configure WMS modules, analyze functional and integration requirements, troubleshoot MHE messaging, and write SQL queries and stored procedures. Provide SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support, investigate root causes, communicate MVP scope, coordinate with development and robotics vendor teams, and maintain technical documentation. The role requires substantial client engagement and 50–75% travel, including occasional weekend go-live support.
