Oversees reserving, IBNR, pricing, underwriting, forecasting, risk adjustment, affordability, performance analytics, financial reporting, and actuarial data infrastructure. Advises executives, the Board, auditors, and deal teams; translates analysis into strategic decisions; establishes modeling standards and automation; and builds and develops the actuarial team.

Lead HR Generalist to drive culture, engagement, and retention across multi-site operations. Partner with managers on leadership development, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and HRIS/payroll administration (Paylocity). Support benefits, compliance, HR operations, and monthly regional travel to build strong, performance-focused teams.

Oversees partner relationships, evidence-based program implementation, budgets, data collection, funder reporting, and continuous quality improvement. Facilitates partner meetings, monitors compliance and outcomes, develops corrective actions, and coordinates with finance, data, and community organizations to strengthen services for children and families.
