Provides high-level administrative, calendar, travel, meeting, board, event, and project support to executive leaders. Manages confidential information, coordinates leadership activities, prepares agendas and presentations, tracks action items, conducts research, supports office operations, and improves administrative workflows. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, communication, organization, and proficiency with business productivity tools. Own Agentio’s creator supply growth engine, including acquisition loops, referrals, paid and organic marketing, activation, certification, monetization, and marketplace health. Build scalable systems that move creators from first contact to meaningful earnings, replacing relationship-driven acquisition with product-led and growth marketing programs. Partner with product, finance, marketing, and leadership to establish funnel measurement, experimentation, incentive economics, and supply-demand guardrails. This in-office leadership role reports to the CEO and requires building the function from the ground up.

Build and refine SaaS financial models, forecasts, dashboards, and reporting for metrics such as MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, and churn. Cleanse and reconcile multi-source data, perform ad hoc and trend analysis, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success while improving data processes, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency using advanced Excel, BI, and generative AI tools.

Lead data engineering initiatives supporting analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence teams. Design complex data warehouse and data lake models, manage large-scale SQL and Python ETL/ELT pipelines, maintain data quality and lifecycle standards, and translate strategic priorities into actionable projects. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, architectural guidance, project planning, and cross-functional collaboration with product, infrastructure, and architecture teams.

Executes and manages trades for SMA, UMA, MSP, and model-only accounts. Generates block trade orders, processes account maintenance and model changes, routes orders for execution, performs pre- and post-trade controls, reviews executions, reconciles trades, and supports sponsor connectivity. The role also identifies trading-process improvements and ensures client service-level requirements are met.

Own the monthly close and independent financial sign-off for a profitable $22 million company. Review machine-prepared books, resolve exceptions, reconcile bank and card statements, oversee revenue recognition, maintain the general-ledger mirror, and deliver clean tax handoffs. Build the 13-week cash forecast and operating budget, monitor spending and reserves, and write a concise monthly financial readout for the founder. This is a remote, 10–15-hour-per-week 1099 contract role with fixed close-week responsibilities.
