Maintain and harden Windows-based control system infrastructure for mission operations: triage escalations, validate patches in lab environments, implement STIGs, troubleshoot OS-to-application failures, and produce runbooks to improve NOC operations and system resilience.

Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, I-9/background checks, HRIS updates, benefits and FMLA support, employee relations and investigations, compliance tracking, report generation, and documentation. Support recruitment and maintain job descriptions. Bilingual English/Spanish desirable.

Manage civil engineering projects from design through closeout, ensuring budgets, schedules, permitting, QA/QC, client coordination, mentorship, and construction administration duties.
