Source and engage technical and specialized talent across engineering, product, design, GTM, and G&A functions. Build targeted sourcing strategies, conduct talent research and market mapping, create personalized outreach, assess passive candidates, and develop inclusive pipelines. Manage cloud and IT projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies, including planning, budgeting, scope management, scheduling, risk and issue escalation, backlog facilitation, and client communications. Responsibilities also include status reporting, sprint reviews, forecasting, and contributing to cross-functional project management initiatives.

Prepares client Word and Excel documents for SEC submission by comparing files, converting content into EDGAR-compliant HTML using proprietary software, and responding to client processing needs. The role requires strong attention to detail, typing, communication, organization, and time management. Training is provided, with work scheduled overnight from Saturday through Wednesday and additional hours required during busy seasons and some holidays.

Software Engineering Interns will design, build, test, and improve production enterprise SaaS software across frontend, backend, APIs, data, AI-enabled features, and platform engineering. Responsibilities include developing user interfaces and backend services, integrating databases and APIs, processing data and documents, improving performance and scalability, writing maintainable code, participating in reviews and testing, and collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
