Onsite in San Francisco, collaborate closely with founders and customers.

Manage and oversee digital fabrication studios and staff (Lasers, 3D printers, CNC, Digital Craft Lab), ensure safety and compliance, coordinate budgets, equipment purchasing and maintenance, deliver tool orientations, support faculty and students, and supervise studio managers, graduate assistants, and student workers to maintain a safe, accessible, and productive learning environment.

Own and scale Root's largest enterprise partnerships (OEMs, financial institutions, dealer groups). Drive account strategy, manage a $100M+ pipeline, identify and close new business, lead executive negotiations and contract execution, coordinate cross-functional launches, monitor partnership health, and influence product and commercial strategy to deliver growth.

Lead technical pre-sales engagements: discovery, demos, and Proof of Value to position Tanium's endpoint management and security platform. Translate customer needs into solutions, run deep technical discussions for stakeholders, enable sales and channel partners, present at events, and travel 30–50% to engage customers.

Manage procure-to-pay transactions including three-way matching of POs, packing slips, and invoices. Reconcile discrepancies, validate and upload receiving documentation into the ERP, coordinate with Buyers/Receiving/Accounts Payable, monitor open POs and unmatched invoices, generate reports, and support audits while ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and accurate inventory and financial records.
