Lead and grow cross-functional engineering teams delivering Salesforce-centered services (Sales Cloud, Health Cloud) and backend systems. Drive agile delivery, technical architecture, code quality, cloud/IaC practices, and healthcare compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2). Collaborate with Product, Design, Security, and Marketing to prioritize roadmap, improve engineering operations, and report performance metrics to stakeholders.

Serve as primary HR contact for startup clients, managing HR operations, compliance, payroll/benefits coordination, onboarding/offboarding, policy and contract drafting, employee relations investigations, insurance oversight, regulatory reporting, and preparing HR reports and audit files. Provide client-facing guidance on employment law and multi-jurisdictional compliance and support special compliance projects.

Builds and maintains financial models, pricing calculators, and business case templates to support sales. Delivers enablement and training, performs data analysis and operational diagnostics for large enterprise deals, and owns analytics tracking to demonstrate impact on win rates, deal velocity, and deal size.

Serve as primary client liaison for the forensics lab: schedule and host scoping calls, coordinate stakeholders (sales, PM, examiners), perform documentation and QC for forensic tickets, provide status updates, collect client feedback, and act as backup to the Forensics Operations Manager.

Partner with the Controller and CFO to execute month-end close, maintain the general ledger, perform balance sheet reconciliations, produce variance analysis and management reporting, support budgeting/forecasting and audits, and drive process improvements and financial insight in a GAAP-compliant environment.

Serve as a strategic IT partner to university leaders, shaping opportunities, prioritizing roadmaps, facilitating cross-functional initiatives, coaching BRM colleagues, and translating institutional needs into actionable plans to realize value and guide IT investment and service evolution.

Manage a Client Implementation team for large, complex self-funded accounts. Oversee onboarding/renewals, enrollment file processing (834/CSV), project plans, stakeholder communications, vendor integrations, policies/procedures, workload allocation, and issue resolution while developing staff and supporting pre-sales feasibility assessments.
