Leads cloud infrastructure and operations strategy across public and private clouds. Designs and manages enterprise systems, CI/CD pipelines, automation, Infrastructure as Code, hybrid cloud platforms, and operational standards. Tracks recruiting metrics and improves candidate experience and hiring quality while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Design, build, test, refactor, and maintain production Rails software using Rails, Bootstrap, Stimulus, and Postgres. Own a defined codebase area, design data models, review code, maintain disciplined testing, collaborate with product managers, and mentor 1–3 junior engineers. Contribute in a fast-moving startup environment, evaluate third-party tools and APIs, and use AI development tools such as Claude Code or Codex.

Reviews and analyzes claim forms and supporting documentation for product liability, class action, and mass tort matters. Evaluates completeness and compliance, identifies discrepancies, responds to claimants and counsel by phone and in writing, applies legal judgment, follows established procedures, and collaborates with attorneys and project teams while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Process FOIA and Privacy Act requests for the Department of Education, including intake, tracking, analysis, redactions under FOIA exemptions, response letters, appeals, and stakeholder communications. Maintain accurate records in FOIA Xpress and FIMS, support the FOIA Service Center, recommend process improvements, and report progress to management. The role requires extensive FOIA and Privacy Act expertise, strong analytical ability, Microsoft Office proficiency, independent work, and management of competing priorities.

Manages information security risks, vendor and third-party risk reviews, mitigation plans, policy exceptions, and compliance reporting. Partners with stakeholders and Enterprise Risk Management to maintain risk policies within tolerance. Serves as a technical expert, supports risk awareness and accountability, monitors security controls, and contributes to operational goals. The role requires expertise in IT audit, security monitoring, access management, encryption, networking, incident response, SOX compliance, and project management.

Conducts audits at Amazon sites, identifies quality and compliance issues, and develops coaching, training, and corrective action plans for frontline employees. Maintains vending and break areas, merchandising materials, pricing signage, cleanliness, and product stocking. Establishes weekly site visit plans, reports updates to management, and supports new-branch implementation. Requires travel, flexible scheduling, warehouse mobility, and physical activity. Includes three weeks of training in Warren, Ohio.
