Build end-to-end product features with a backend focus: schema and API design, UI work in React/TypeScript, GCP/Terraform infrastructure, CI/CD, DB performance tuning, production ownership, and product decision-making using AI coding tools.

Builds high-performing teams and influences cross-functional stakeholders in a restaurant organization.

Leads enterprise-wide learning and development strategy, leadership programs, digital learning solutions, talent management initiatives, and learning technology. Partners with senior leaders and HR teams to identify capability gaps, build learning roadmaps, support succession readiness, and foster continuous learning. Oversees vendors and subject matter experts, creates instructional content, and establishes metrics to evaluate employee growth, leadership capability, engagement, and business impact.

Manage product roadmap for fintech and Web3 products, prioritize features with engineering and customer teams, deploy new capabilities, analyze market trends and customer feedback, and work cross-functionally to ensure product success and user satisfaction.

Manages product creation operations for Altra by structuring internal processes, seasonal development calendars, milestones, workflows, and cross-functional alignment. The role drives operational excellence, issue resolution, standardized tools, event planning, tech pack coordination, and gross margin analysis while ensuring on-time deliverables and brand goals.
