Spend your summer helping shape how people connect and build culture at Smartly. In this role, you’ll work across our global offices to understand what makes a great workplace experience—and turn those insights into events, programs, and ideas that bring people together. You’ll gain hands-on experience in event planning, employee experience, and global collaboration, while making a visible impact across the company.
- Travel to Smartly offices and connect with employees to learn what makes their workplace experience meaningful
- Gather insights and identify opportunities to improve how teams connect and engage in-office
- Plan and host summer events and smaller in-office experiences across locations
- Help design a scalable approach to social programming across our global offices
- Partner with Workplace and Events teams to build and manage event budgets
- Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including scheduling, vendors, and communications
- Create and manage swag concepts, from idea through ordering and distribution
- Present a final set of recommendations to improve workplace experience at Smartly
- Current student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Global Studies, or a related field
- Experience organizing events, social activities, or programs (e.g., student organizations, clubs, Greek life, or community groups)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects from idea to execution
- Comfortable meeting new people and building relationships across different backgrounds and cultures
- Clear communicator who can turn conversations and observations into actionable ideas
- Curious, proactive, and interested in workplace culture and employee experience
- Able to balance creativity with structure, including managing budgets and logistics
This internship is paid at $20 per hour and will be approximately 30 hours per week between June 2nd and August 7th of 2026.
