About The Role
- Film on site at classes, customer stories, demos, founder content, team offsites, recruiting efforts, and our annual Summit
- Capture and edit high-quality short-form assets for LinkedIn, the GC AI site, classes, product explainers, and paid social
- Build clean motion graphics for product launches, workflow explainers, ads, and events
- Produce our podcasts, including multi-camera recording, audio cleanup, editing, and packaging
- Create consistent video templates, transitions, lower thirds, and visual systems that scale
- Direct simple on camera sessions with founders, customers, and subject matter experts
- Maintain gear and build a lean kit that lets us move fast
- Manage file organization, backups, and final delivery across channels
- Partner with product marketing to translate complex workflows into clear visual stories
- Support event production needs such as on-site A/V, lighting, and livestream setup
- Help build a library of reusable assets that raises the quality of everything we make
- You can shoot in any environment and make it look intentional
- You understand brand fundamentals and know how to express them in motion
- You’re fast without being sloppy
- You can turn raw footage into crisp, usable assets without a detailed brief
- You anticipate needs before anyone asks
- You can take feedback from founders who care about quality and taste
- You’re comfortable working around executives and customers in high-stakes environments
- You’re a problem solver when gear, lighting, space, or time is limited or evolving
- 4+ years of experience in video production, editing, and motion graphics
- Strong portfolio across short form, explainers, social content, and event footage
- Fluency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects
- Experience with multi-camera and multi-mic setups; a tech wizard
- Ability to direct talent and set up lighting, audio, and staging independently
- World-class editing skills
- Strong motion design skills with a clean, modern aesthetic
- Experience producing podcasts and repackaging long-form into short clips
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment where priorities shift and speed matters
- Strong communication and organization
- World-class referenceable content and portfolio

- Experience in B2B SaaS or AI
- Experience with Framer, Figma, AI or other design tools
- Experience with livestreaming platforms
- Photography skills
- Basic audio engineering
