Build and lead GC AI’s revenue operations function from the ground up. Develop go-to-market processes, hire and manage a high-performing team, select and implement operational technology, align Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships, and optimize pipeline, forecasting, retention, deal velocity, win rates, and revenue performance through data-driven KPIs.

Coordinate high-volume, complex interviews across teams, manage scheduling logistics and urgent reschedules, and improve candidate experience. Configure Ashby automations, use AI to streamline recruiting workflows, track scheduling metrics, administer interviewer training, and support recruiting events. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership in a fast-paced startup environment while building scalable recruiting operations.

Build and lead the company’s technical program management function from scratch. Establish project and launch review systems, prioritize work, identify risks and dependencies, lead critical software launches, and improve cross-functional delivery. Develop launch tools, AI agents, API integrations, automations, playbooks, and decision logs using information from Notion, Slack, Linear, and other systems. Partner with Engineering, Product, Marketing, Legal, Sales, customers, and external partners to improve adoption and shipping speed.

Manage outsourced accounting relationships and oversee monthly close, reconciliations, journal entries, revenue accounting, accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, audits, reporting, and internal controls. Ensure GAAP compliance and accurate SaaS revenue recognition under ASC 606. Partner with Operations, Sales, and Customer Success to improve billing and data flows, while transitioning accounting functions in-house and building scalable processes for company growth.

Build and maintain the Microsoft Word add-in that connects GC AI's models to Word, focusing on latency, reliability, real-time document manipulation (tracked changes, comments), editor UX, and shipping enterprise features like clause libraries, playbook reviews, and contextual drafting.

Design and implement complex, accessible front-end components and a reusable design system. Architect UI solutions, prototype interactions, mentor engineers, improve design-to-development workflows, and build performant, responsive interfaces and marketing pages for a legal AI platform.

Own and harden core platform infrastructure on GCP, build and maintain CI/CD and IaC, unify logging and observability, enforce network and environment isolation, improve developer productivity and tooling, and help define platform engineering direction and culture.
