Coordinate high-volume, complex interviews across teams, manage scheduling logistics and urgent reschedules, and improve candidate experience. Configure Ashby automations, use AI to streamline recruiting workflows, track scheduling metrics, administer interviewer training, and support recruiting events. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership in a fast-paced startup environment while building scalable recruiting operations.

Build and lead the company’s technical program management function from scratch. Establish project and launch review systems, prioritize work, identify risks and dependencies, lead critical software launches, and improve cross-functional delivery. Develop launch tools, AI agents, API integrations, automations, playbooks, and decision logs using information from Notion, Slack, Linear, and other systems. Partner with Engineering, Product, Marketing, Legal, Sales, customers, and external partners to improve adoption and shipping speed.

Manage outsourced accounting relationships and oversee monthly close, reconciliations, journal entries, revenue accounting, accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, audits, reporting, and internal controls. Ensure GAAP compliance and accurate SaaS revenue recognition under ASC 606. Partner with Operations, Sales, and Customer Success to improve billing and data flows, while transitioning accounting functions in-house and building scalable processes for company growth.
