As the VP of Operations for Catalant, you will drive the implementation of Lean Continuous Improvement across all of Catalant and lead our Revenue Operations, Analytics, Training & Enablement and Continuous Improvement teams.

You will be responsible for driving rapid productivity and quality improvements across all of our teams and have exceptional cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills as well as extensive experience building, implementing and renewing operational excellence best practices and standard work across a broad array of functions.

You will be responsible for supporting Catalant's rapid growth both in the US and International markets; the ability to work well with global teams is critical for this role.

What You'll Do:

• Work with the executive team to build and implement a Lean Management System across the company.
• Build the common training language and methodology for the company and train and support all team members to implement the management system and rapidly harvest the benefits from it.
• Build and lead highly effective and efficient operations across all of our Revenue Operations, Analytics, Training & Enablement and Continuous Improvement teams.
• Create and drive adoption of content, resources, tools and training materials to successfully train all teams on the new way of working.
• Put in place the infrastructure (e.g. Certification program) to ensure this is consistently applied across all teams.

What You'll Bring:

• 20+ years of relevant experience in Operations and Operational Excellence leadership.
• Experience within Service and Technology companies, including extensive experience with Sales and Support functions.
• Exceptional leadership skills, ability to work with different functions and all-levels of the organization.
• Goal orientated and capable of performing a variety of complex tasks in a fast-moving environment, often with ambiguity and with peer buy-in required.
• Demonstrable experience transforming operations for rapid productivity and quality improvements.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
