In my nearly 8 years at Catalant, I've had the privilege to delve into various functions, broadening my understanding of different facets of the business. It's evident that the company places a strong emphasis on the well-being of its employees.

At Catalant, I’ve had the opportunity to work with F500 executives across multiple industries and functions on a daily basis, which has been an incredible development experience and continuously keeps my role interesting.

Catalant always has my needs and career growth top of mind. There's constant collaboration between my manager, my team, and myself when determining what to work on next to make sure it aligns with both the company's goals and my own career goals. I don't think there has been a time where my growth hasn't been taken into consideration.

I try to interact with as many colleagues as possible across functions and levels, whether virtually or at events, to learn about their roles and where our paths may cross. I message that while I'm the company lawyer, I'm also happy to get involved in matters unrelated to legal if I can add value or be a sounding board. My door is always open!
