Job description

Join Akeneo's Education team and help build scalable learning experiences for customers and partners to master our product experience management (PXM) platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Education team in building learning solutions for customers, partners, and community members of Akeneo.

  • Improve the design and writing of our content by applying UX writing methodology and leveraging feedback from peers (global redesign of our onboarding paths and overall catalog maintenance projects).

  • Support redesign and rebranding efforts to deliver unified content experiences on internal and external content.

  • Design and write communication material and coordinate marketing actions (emailing, content tagging, communication materials) to improve customer and partner engagement.

  • Engage with the learner population to gather feedback to support continuous improvement of training content.

  • Maintain knowledge of new learning approaches, technology, and tools through continuous research to ensure our solutions deliver innovation.


What we look for
  • You have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Education, Information Technology)

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • You have a first experience in writing, designing, and creating content for Marketing or Education purposes

  • You have an eye for visual design and familiarity with media development tools (image, audio, video)

  • You are comfortable using AI solutions like Gemini or ChatGPT in your daily work.

  • You have high attention to detail and can complete tasks with accuracy and precision.

  • You are curious, innovative, and eager to learn.
