Investigate issues using Datadog logs and Postman API calls, coordinate bug qualification and patch releases, resolve customer requests end to end, improve documentation, support on-call duties, test product updates, and communicate customer feedback across global product teams.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll integrate complex SaaS solutions for clients, lead workshops, create documentation, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored product architecture and custom code solutions.

Sell Akeneo's Product Data Platform to mid-market brands, retailers, manufacturers and distributors.
