We’re looking for a Total Rewards Partner to join our Total Rewards team and help design, implement, and scale compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
About The Role- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to support compensation processes across multiple orgs
- Lead and support annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity) end-to-end
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on compensation structures and employee positioning
- Support job architecture, leveling, and benchmarking efforts
- Ensure our rewards programs remain competitive, scalable, and aligned with company strategy
- Play a key role in building and improving processes, tools, and infrastructure
- 3–6 years of experience in Total Rewards / Compensation / HR analytics
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Experience working with compensation cycles and salary benchmarking tools
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excel / data proficiency (experience with HR systems is a plus)
- Team player with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset
