development of the 5-year work program, evaluating equipment obsolescence and
propose replacement plan, update engineering and technical documents and
manuals.
- Preparation
of technical dossier (Scope of work) to request for quotation from contractors
regarding telecommunication projects, and specific operations on systems.
- Propose Improvement of the quality of service provided by the Telecommunication Contractors for systems maintenance. Participate in supervision of third-party
contractor on site to ensure compliance to installation rules
- Participate

- Recommend and implement appropriate solutions for operational problems/anomalies of Telecommunication
Equipment/Systems at Field.
- Actively
participate in FAT, Commissioning activities for all Telecoms equipment and
systems, and prepares punch lists and follow-up the progress of the punch list.
- Participates in various commercial activities as required, coordinates the inspection of materials, evaluates technical offers, prepares
Service Orders, answers technical queries from suppliers.
Context and environment
- Optimization of telecom for good spare management.
- Non-conformities on some installation in line with APAVE audits.
- Telecom preventive maintenance plan on the production sites to implement on operations sites.
- Existing systems require upgrade and replacement in some cases to integrate new projects

Requirements
Qualifications
Skills Required
- Experience designing, installing and standardizing telecom systems, masts and earthing in line with installation rules
- Operation and maintenance experience with PA/GA, CCTV, GMDSS, access control, radar with AIS, UHF/VHF radios, satellite TV
- Experience with line-of-sight and non-line-of-sight microwave links including WiMAX and 4G/LTE
- Knowledge of RACON and NDB (radar beacon and non-directional beacon) systems
- Ability to prepare technical specifications, scopes of work, evaluate technical bids and prepare evaluation reports
- Experience preparing AMCs/telecommunications service contract specifications and performing telecom assessments
- Experience supervising offshore telecom specialists and third-party contractors
- Experience participating in FAT, commissioning and punch-list management for telecom equipment
- Ability to prepare technical reports, update engineering documents and contribute to multi-year work programs and obsolescence plans
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring systems and video conferencing platforms
