Cen Global Services Limited is seeking a competent and detail-oriented QHSE Officer to oversee quality assurance, document control, health and safety compliance, and environmental management. The successful candidate will ensure proper documentation, compliance with applicable standards and regulations, and continuous improvement across the Company's operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor the Company's QHSE policies, procedures, and applicable standards.

  • Manage document control, including document numbering, coding, version control, revision tracking, and document registers.

  • Prepare, review, update, and maintain company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, forms, and quality records.

  • Conduct quality audits, workplace inspections, and risk assessments to identify non-conformities and safety hazards.

  • Monitor compliance with relevant ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and client-specific requirements.

  • Investigate incidents, document findings, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

  • Monitor Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance, environmental practices, and adherence to safe working procedures.

  • Prepare QHSE reports and maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, incidents, and corrective actions.

  • Support staff safety awareness, QHSE training, and continuous improvement initiatives.


RequirementsQualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Management, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of two (2) years' relevant experience in QHSE, HSE, Quality Assurance, or document control.

  • Knowledge of quality management systems, document control, document numbering, coding, and version management.

  • Understanding of ISO standards, workplace safety, risk assessment, internal auditing, and regulatory compliance.

  • Experience maintaining company procedures, document registers, quality records, and compliance reports.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

Added Advantage: Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, ISPON, or ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 auditor certifications.



Skills Required
