In this role, you will support dealers and customers across the Nordic region, providing expert aftermarket support, warranty assistance, and technical guidance to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support, service, and warranty assistance across the SRAM product portfolio, including RockShox, Zipp, SRAM, Quarq, Hammerhead, TIME, Velocio, and Ochain, with a primary focus on suspension products.
  • Respond to technical inquiries from dealers and customers via phone, email, and other support channels.
  • Develop and maintain product-related documentation and share technical updates through internal reporting systems.
  • Represent the team at industry events and cycling races, providing technical expertise and product support.
  • Partner closely with Product Development and cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback and support continuous product improvement.

Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Bike Mechanic, Bicycle Technician, or in a related technical role.
  • A strong passion for cycling and mechanical systems.
  • Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is required.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
  • A high level of commitment, accountability, and attention to detail.
