Introduction to the Team & Role
As our Tech Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of 360Learning by driving the growth of our tech organization. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across a wide range of roles, including Software Engineers, Software Architects, Devops Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, and Data Engineers... Beyond execution, you will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, helping define hiring needs, refine role scopes, and elevate our overall talent strategy.
You will leverage a variety of sourcing approaches—proactive outreach, talent mapping, employer branding initiatives, and data-driven recruitment strategies—to attract high-quality candidates in competitive markets. You will also ensure an exceptional candidate experience from the first touchpoint to the offer stage, acting as a true ambassador of our culture and values.
You will join a team of multiple Talent Acquisition professionals, working closely together while being geographically distributed across France and the US.
While your home base will be our Paris office, the role is fully flexible and can be performed remotely from anywhere in France.
Within 1 month, you will:
Graduate in Convexity through our onboarding process
Understand our product offering through training
Meet the global team through virtual coffee meets and happy hour
Learn our hiring processes, tools and analytics framework
Take on your hiring list
Within 3 months, you will:
Source highly relevant profiles for our product & tech teams
Pitch 360Learning EVP like you own it
Lead end-to-end hiring processes
Close your first candidates
Draft your own OKRs
Within 6 months, you will:
Expand the breadth of profiles you own
Design well-crafted interviewing processes
Close the expected number of candidates each month
Take on your first talent acquisition project (fields: employer brand, analytics…)
Within 12 months, you will:
Coach 360Learners on interviewing best practices
Deliver impactful improvements to the way we hire
The Skill Set
4-6 years in-house recruiting experience in hyper growth tech companies
Proven experience in detecting outstanding tech talents and hiring with diversity in mind
Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes
Sharp interview skills with ability to screen for both technical skills and cultural fit
Ability to work in a metrics-driven fast-paced environment
Eager to work in a remote first company
