Job Description:
You will be part TalentDNA, a data-driven program designed to analyze Service Delivery employee skills. By understanding what Services workforce is capable of, the organization can optimize how services are delivered to clients and strategically grow the business.
As the TalentDNA Enablement Insights & AI Tools Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and cutting-edge analytics technology (PowerBI, Salesforce ‘s CRM Analytics. You will identify workforce capability, design innovative data solutions. You will also play a vital role in the TalentDNA AI enabled features ensuring seamless operations, governance, and continuous innovation.
Following a summary of the role:
- Works collaboratively with internal stakeholders in service Delivery organization (Managed Services, Service Support Delivery & Professional Service Delivery) analyzing & documenting business requirements, translating them into technically rich solutions (PowerBI, Salesforce ‘s CRM Analytics, Certinia Professional Service Cloud AI implementations, among others)
- Develop Insights Solutions that expose TalentDNA data, always respecting compliance rules. Proactively identifies and manages changes to requirements. Effectively manages client's expectations.
- Supports TalentDNA AI enabled features ensuring seamless operations, governance, and continuous innovation.
What will you do:
- Under minimal direction, formulate and define insight solution scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of information technology, business processes, and industry requirements.
- Demonstrate advanced communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate client requirements.
- Develop visualization, user experience, and configuration elements of solution design.
- Develop and maintain stakeholders’ relationships to support management of scope and expectations.
- Operates as a team member and advise on methods to improve business processes, including AI.
- Consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
Education and Experience Required:
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in technical or an equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 6+ years’ related experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Elicitation via interviewing; requirements determination using structured techniques for documentation, analysis, evaluation/ validation.
- Decomposition of high-level information / dataset into details; abstracting low-level information / dataset; distinguishing requests vs needs; distinguishing requirements vs. solutions; classifying/ prioritizing requirements.
- Applying creativity to solving complex problems; building relationships and working collaboratively.
- Effective verbal/ written communication; experience in service delivery industry domain.
- Experience in developing Microsoft Power Platform Suite especially PowerBI, Power Automate applications. Understanding of Microsoft Copilot Agents. Python scripts & AI applications.
- At least 4+ Years of Application development experience, exposure to MS Copilot Development
- Excellent hands-on knowledge of Data Extraction, Loading & Transformation, Data Analysis & Data Insights for about 1 – 2 Years.
- Optional but highly desired: Salesforce knowledge (Service Cloud) & the CRM Analytics suite (dashboard, reporting)
