What You'll Do
- Learn to manage job postings across our applicant tracking system, careers website, and various job boards
- Audit and maintain candidate records to ensure a highly organized pipeline
- Coordinate candidate interviews and ensure a great experience for all candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in driving innovation by identifying opportunities to improve processes and tools
- Support key programs that align with our overall recruitment strategy
Requirements

- Ability to work independently; self‐motivated, and productive
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Organized, detail‐oriented, technically proficient
- Proficiency in data analytics and a passion for being a fast learner
- Must be available to work consistent core hours aligned with the Central Time Zone (CT) or Eastern Time Zone (ET)
- Available to come into the office upon request.

Compensation
- Base pay: $50,000 - $75,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
