The Team

We are building a global Talent Acquisition function to support the rapid growth of Graphcore as we hire across EMEA, APAC and NAM regions. This means building the operational infrastructure for TA at the same time as delivering significant hiring volume.

This role is the operational backbone of recruitment: hiring data and reports, recruitment platforms, vendor relationships, and processes that enable the team to work efficiently at scale.

Initially, we will concentrate on structuring and clarifying hiring data. This involves producing accurate reports, relevant insights, and a clear overview of hiring plan delivery.More broadly, this role ensures the team has the systems, processes, and operational backing needed to do their best work. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast paced environments and building operational foundations that allow teams to scale.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Reporting

One of the initial priorities for this role will be setting up clear, accurate reporting so the business has a trusted perspective on hiring demand, progress, and delivery.

You will:

  • Develop and take responsibility for the Talent Acquisition reporting framework and dashboards bringing together data from Greenhouse, HRIS, Superset and other sources into a reliable reporting structure
  • Establish consistent hiring metrics and reporting cadence for leadership
  • Collaborate with Finance, People Data, and People Operations to coordinate hiring efforts with workforce planning
  • Track pipeline health, time-to-hire, recruiter capacity and delivery against hiring plans
  • Surface risks, bottlenecks and trade-offs to support prioritisation

Recruitment Systems & Tools

You will own and optimise the systems that support the hiring organisation.

  • Act as primary administrator for the ATS (Greenhouse) managing workflows, permissions, interview stages and data governance
  • Ensure systems are used consistently across global teams
  • Maintain GDPR compliance, data retention and data quality
  • Monitor integrations, APIs and overall system performance
  • Find opportunities for automation, AI and tooling improvements
  • Manage licences and usage across platforms such as HackerRank and LinkedIn
  • Partner with IT to ensure tools meet security and integration requirements

Vendor & Agency Management

You will help ensure external partners support hiring efficiently and follow our processes.

  • Maintain the framework for agency and vendor engagement, including terms of business and rate cards
  • Support operational management of RPO and agency partners, useage and performance
  • Ensure external partners follow internal hiring processes and systems
  • Align recruiter capacity with hiring demand through the RPO flex model

Recruitment Process & Operational Excellence

Robust processes are already established. This position will unify them into a clear and consistent global framework.

  • Review and refine recruitment processes to ensure they are scalable and consistently used
  • Standardise recruitment workflows while allowing for regional requirements
  • Maintain operational documentation across areas such as visas, relocation and hiring approvals
  • Compliance & Audit readiness

TA Enablement

This role will support the entire TA organisation in operating uniformly and providing a high-quality hiring experience.

  • Own onboarding and operational training for recruiters, coordinators and RPO partners
  • Update enablement materials to support global teams and new locations
  • Promote regular use of systems, processes, and messaging throughout the team
  • Support hiring managers with guidance on interviewing and scorecards
  • Partner with the Employer Branding Specialist to maintain a consistent candidate experience

Skills & Experience

We want someone experienced in TA Operations, able to quickly assess the present environment and improve the operational base that underpins our global hiring.

You should be comfortable operating in fast paced environments where infrastructure is still evolving and where bringing clarity and structure makes a meaningful difference.

Essential

  • Experience in TA Operations, Recruiting or People Operations
  • Strong experience building recruiting dashboards, metrics and operational reporting
  • Understanding of recruiting data, hiring forecasts and workforce planning
  • Proven ability to improve recruitment processes and introduce automation or tooling
  • Proactive, highly organised with strong operational and analytical capability
  • Comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity and pushing tasks through to completion
  • Hands-on delivery approach — someone who builds and executes
  • Strong communication and project management skills

Desirable

  • Experience working in a high-growth technology company
  • Experience supporting global hiring organisations scaling at pace

We welcome people of different backgrounds and experiences; we’re committed to building an inclusive work environment that makes Graphcore a great home for everyone. We offer an equal opportunity process and understand that there are visible and invisible differences in all of us. We can provide a flexible approach to interview and encourage you to chat to us if you require any reasonable adjustments.
