We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our recruiting team and play a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. As a key partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, you will help ensure recruiting operations run smoothly while reinforcing a high standard of professionalism and service.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate and schedule interviews (simple to complex, including virtual) across multiple stakeholders
Serve as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams throughout the hiring process
Partner with Talent Acquisition to resolve scheduling challenges and process-related issues
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Perform audits to ensure data integrity and process compliance
Support background checks, drug testing, and candidate assessments as needed
Provide timely, professional communication to candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience by guiding individuals through each stage of the process
Support recruiting team operations, including reporting, career fair preparation, and special projects
Anticipate obstacles and proactively identify solutions to keep processes moving efficiently

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
At three years of administrative, coordination, or support experience (HR or Talent Acquisition preferred)
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
Experience with scheduling interviews and managing calendars in a professional setting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.) and virtual meeting platforms
Experience working with an applicant tracking system (e.g., Workday) preferred
Strong organizational, time management, and relationship management skills
Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
