You will be one of our key drivers to be accountable for successfully delivering results in customers on a) driving service/OSA, b) cost and cash improvement and commercializing supply chain improvements. Responsible for leading the Supply chain relationship with the customer and assessing and translating customer supply chain needs in order to create and deliver the joint value creation plan to ensure deliverables and become the preferred supply.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve flow of product, cash and data from P&G distributor / customer
- Optimize the distributor / customer supply network
- Business Planning on cost saving and ensure the operations
- Working directly with distributors and 3rd party
- Develop Multi-Skilled Organization
- Optimize the distributor operation
- Build distributor capability
- Lead logistics projects in partnership with distributor / customer to improve Service / Cash / Cost
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor degree is required
- 1-3 years of experience with deep understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics either 3rd party or MNCs
- Strong analytical ability
- Focus on consumer driven growth
- Strong leadership skills to lead change and drive innovation
- High collaboration skills internally and externally, logical, meticulous & high attention to details
