Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
• Follow the established process and procedure to arrange shipment upon the suppliers’ shipment projection
• Assist the Supply Chain Manager in preparing the delivery performance analysis
• Coordinate the shipment from Supplier to oversea hubs, including vessel/ space reservation, shipping docs preparation and B/L confirmation, etc.
• Perform internal shipment transaction for goods shipped from supplier to oversea hub
• Assist to monitor the daily production progress of suppliers on critical items
• Ensure compliance with Corsair Code of Ethics and Business Conduct Guidelines, Purchasing Policies and Procedures, legal and ethical business practices and general operating procedures
Essential Skills and Experience:
3~5 Years of Supply Chain Operations and WW logistics process experience Better to have racing / electronic company working experience
Experience in use of ERP systems; Oracle and Discover reporting desirable
Good at English speaking and writing
Post Secondary education or equivalent experience
