Build and manage the marketing team, drive AI adoption, own martech and analytics decisions, manage global budget and channel/MDF planning, and measure full-funnel performance while ensuring cross-functional alignment and reputation/crisis management.

Lead and manage international tax compliance, ASC 740 provisions, transfer pricing/CbC reporting, and OECD Pillar Two work. Coordinate with external advisors, support M&A tax analysis, oversee tax controls and SOX compliance, and manage audits and intercompany agreements across multiple jurisdictions.
