Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Commercial Growth & Territory Management

  • Achieve annual orders, sales, market share, and margin objectives of the project while maintaining forecast accuracy and commercial rigor.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies that identify new project opportunities, expand existing accounts, and strengthen GE HealthCare's market position.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through active planning, customer engagement, and opportunity management.
  • Drive account penetration and maximize commercial opportunities across the GE HealthCare Imaging portfolio.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Establish trusted relationships with healthcare providers, hospital management, procurement teams, government stakeholders, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers within the assigned territory, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development.
  • Understand customer priorities, business challenges, and clinical goals to develop value-based solutions that address their needs.

Business Development & Market Intelligence

  • Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and healthcare developments to identify opportunities and develop effective commercial strategies.
  • Provide ongoing market intelligence and customer insights to leadership, modality teams, marketing, and service organizations.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives, customer events, and educational activities within the territory.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Deal Execution

  • Collaborate closely with modality sales specialists, marketing, service, clinical applications, and commercial operations teams to develop and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders throughout the sales cycle to ensure effective opportunity management, timely execution, and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Drive multimodality opportunities by mobilizing the broader GE HealthCare organization and aligning internal resources to maximize customer outcomes and business growth.
  • Facilitate strong internal collaboration to address customer needs, remove barriers, and accelerate decision-making throughout the commercial process.
  • Act as the commercial quarterback for strategic opportunities, ensuring alignment among stakeholders to deliver successful business outcomes.

Compliance & Operating Excellence

  • Maintain compliance with GE HealthCare policies, operating mechanisms, and integrity standards.
  • Ensure accurate opportunity management, forecasting, reporting, and documentation throughout the sales cycle.
  • Actively contribute to business initiatives and continuous improvement efforts as required by management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, medical device sales, channel sales, or commercial account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth within a competitive market environment.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling, project management, and strategic account planning.
  • Experience developing customer relationships and navigating complex healthcare buying processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze customer needs and develop financially sound business solutions.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a matrix organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
