Job Summary & Responsibilities
This role supports the development of product vision and strategy, assists in the planning process, and measures the performance of a product or series of products within the Inspira Financial portfolio. The role also contributes to ensuring alignment with business objectives, supports efforts to drive profitability, and helps manage the product lifecycle to maximize value.
- Contribute to the development and execution of a product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's business goals
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to support the identification of opportunities for innovation and growth
- Track and report on key performance metrics for the product portfolio, such as revenue and market share, and support communication of portfolio updates to stakeholders
- Assist in conducting portfolio reviews to assess alignment with financial and strategic goals and identify opportunities to enhance the portfolio's value
- Collaborate with business leadership, product managers, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment between individual product strategies and the broader portfolio strategy
- Support cross-functional decision-making processes regarding resource allocation and trade-offs
- Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies that align with portfolio objectives and customer needs
- Assist in identifying and mitigating risks across the product portfolio, including market, operational, and competitive threats
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare or financial services industry, top-tier/boutique financial services, healthcare, or strategy consulting, product strategy/management, financial services-related finance, or healthcare-related finance
- Bachelors' degree in economics, finance, business, engineering, or healthcare-related field preferred
- Experience with retirement recordkeeping, asset management, retirement accounts/benefits, self-directed IRAs, HSA, CDB, or healthcare benefits preferred, but not required
Skills & Abilities:
- Assess complex markets and competitive environments
- Analysis and model/forecast revenue and profitability
- Conduct build/buy/borrow analysis and offer data-driven recommendations
- Strong communication skills to articulate recommendations and influence change management
Other Requirements:
- 10% travel to senior leadership meetings, conferences, etc.
Compensation & Benefits
$125,000-$150,000 per year
