Responsibilities include stakeholder mapping, discovery, business-case development, technical demos, procurement and legal coordination, forecasting, and closing high-value B2B partnerships. The role requires executive communication, multi-threaded relationship building, technical integration fluency, and experience with HSA, HRA, FSA, benefits platforms, or related markets.

Processes customer account openings and closings, applies incoming funds, initiates and approves outgoing wires, prepares checks, coordinates with banks, performs reconciliations, reports balances, and supports fee collection and client inquiries. The role maintains disbursement controls, follows financial policies, investigates issues, and collaborates with Operations to ensure accurate fund accounting.

Partners with business leaders and HR centers of excellence to align human capital strategy with business goals. The role includes recruiting, performance reviews, compliance training oversight, employee relations support, occasional escalated calls, and Saturday shifts based on business needs.

Lead and manage a QA team to design and implement QA strategy, automation, and testing frameworks for SaaS and on-prem products. Drive test planning, automation (UI/API), CI integration, metrics reporting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement while mentoring engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.

The Sr. Salesforce Architect oversees the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, collaborates with stakeholders, and drives digital transformation through best practices in development and integration.

Processes traditional securities operations, including cash settlements, dividends, transfers, corporate actions, reconciliations, trade adjustments, security master maintenance, and restricted stock custody. The role supports client trade inquiries, monitors orders, maintains procedures, coordinates with custodians and trading firms, and ensures accurate, timely processing in accordance with company policies and service levels.
