Key Responsibilities
- Works with the Strategic Partnerships team to understand all stakeholders, job scope, and timing.
- Prepares for site walks by completing pre-call planners.
- Walks sites and validates project scope, product needs, business channel solutions, and installation service opportunities to include quantities, selections, scope, and job cadence for execution.
- Processes simple quotes, orders, and returns by various forms of external means such as incoming calls, email, and fax.
- Informs customers of sales promotions while also suggestive selling product lines.
- Resolves product or service questions while determining the best solution within standard company timelines.
- Partners with shipping, receiving and transportation to fact-find and troubleshoot issues and communicate to outside sales or external customers accordingly.
- Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with internal and external customers.
- Acts as the single point of contact for various requests from the Strategic Partnerships team, including customer quotes, order placement, product sourcing, shipment tracking, and other requests.
- Sends, receives, and responds to questions from Pro Customers, Stores, and Lowe's subsidiaries related to quote and order details.
- Leverages defined systems and processes to provide project updates and a best-in-class customer experience.
- Supports peers and leaders with other duties as assigned and required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Business or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 3 Years relevant professional sales experience required
- 1 Year construction experience with a strong sales background
- Must have a high level of verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
- A working knowledge of blueprints and technical skills.
- Basic computer skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
