Roles and Responsibilities
- Partners closely with Finance, IT, Tax other business teams to translate functional needs into scalable system designs and data flows.
- Partner with peers to integrate with ERPs, data & analytics & reporting platforms and other upstream and downstream systems as required to support business needs.
- Demonstrate solid communication, clear thinking, and analytical skills to collate business requirements, improve business processes, and build solutions
- Proactively engages with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and design solutions using critical thinking and analysis skills as well as establishing best practices.
- Demonstrate IT operations experience, driving stability, managing support and maintenance activities and compliance with IT technology standards and procedures
- Ensure all technology solutions and vendor products include appropriate controls that comply with regulatory requirements, e.g. SOX
- Manage both vendor and internal resources to support the applications, integrations, and business processes. Manage 3rd party L3 support team resources as required.
- Identify and track risk mitigation actions, ensuring proper communication to leadership
- Utilize Lean to establish standard work and problem solve issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience working with Finance processes and ERP Finance environments, with practical exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and system flows, including hands‑on experience developing and interpreting SQL queries.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and propose practical solutions.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with experience engaging and leading discussions across technical and business stakeholders.
Desired Characteristics
- Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives or projects in complex, matrixed environments.
- Ability to document, structure, and communicate solutions, trade‑offs, and decisions in a clear and pragmatic way.
- Familiarity with project or product delivery frameworks and the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion and its modules, interfaces, and environment is considered a plus.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is considered a plus.
