As a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner on the Taboola Talent Acquisition team in our Tel Aviv Office, you’ll play a vital role in hiring for top Tech positions that drives Taboola’s technology and business success while building trusted partnerships with hiring managers to shape our future teams.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, directly impact our Tech Org growth, and act as a strategic partner to the business – ensuring we hire exceptional people who advance our mission and culture.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences
  • 5+ years of in-house recruitment experience for technical positions within a global company
  • Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment processes independently
  • Strong sourcing skills with creative talent engagement approaches
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills
Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience working in hyper-growth tech environments
  • Familiarity with progressing AI recruitment tools and data-driven hiring

  • Acting as a trusted business partner to hiring managers, providing strategic advice to build high-performing teams
  • Driving proactive sourcing strategies to build a strong and diverse pipeline of candidates
  • Conducting in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and growth potential
  • Delivering an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Taboola’s culture and values
  • Contributing to employer branding initiatives to strengthen our positioning in the talent market
