Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver NPI and Installed Base (IB) programs, ensuring quality, schedule, cost, and business objectives are met.
- Define program strategy, execution plans, milestones, risks, and success criteria; provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive product roadmap execution, product quality initiatives, and alignment with Product Management, Product Owners, and business teams.
- Provide cross-functional leadership across the product lifecycle, including concept development, design, validation, pilot trials, release, and post-release support.
- Develop business cases and drive decision-making through collaboration with Engineering, Sourcing, Finance, and global business teams.
- Manage medium to large complex programs from initiation through closure, including planning, resource allocation, budget management, issue resolution, and SLA adherence.
- Foster collaboration across teams, negotiate priorities, resolve conflicts, and manage external vendor relationships.
- Champion Agile practices by facilitating planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and delivery governance while promoting team accountability and transparency.
- Provide servant leadership, mentoring, and coaching to enable high-performing teams and successful program execution.
- Ensure compliance with GE HealthCare Quality Management System, regulatory requirements, Design Controls, change management processes, and GxP validation requirements.
- Promote a strong quality culture that prioritizes compliance, risk management, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience as an engineer or project leader in a technical position and proven experience in project leadership within a product development
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, including strong influential, communication, and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated understanding/experience with the full product life cycle and development process which includes: Productivity projects, New Product Introduction programs, and/or Installed Base activities
