The Management Information & Reporting (MI&R) Analytics Lead will be responsible for managing the timely delivery and ongoing change management of reporting solutions. This role involves managing the MI&R reporting inventory, overseeing the delivery of new reporting enhancements/solutions, optimizing data workflows, and collaborating with key stakeholders. The Technical Lead will also contribute to strategic initiatives and partnering with transformation teams for execution.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and coordinate the delivery of reporting solutions.
- Own the complete lifecycle of analytics reporting solutions including requirements gathering, development, QA, deployment, and maintenance.
- Optimize existing reports by improving data sourcing methods and enhancing report processing times.
- Collaborate with the Visualization Technical Lead to integrate analytics with dashboards and visualizations.
- Design and implement strategic analysis use cases, supporting business initiatives and decision-making processes.
- Partner with transformation teams to define use cases for new data infrastructure or strategic projects.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of analytics outputs, and support UAT processes to ensure business signoff before production deployment.
- Lead delivery of accurate, automated reporting products with a focus on efficiency.
- Ensure all reports are optimized and processes are continuously improved.
- Support business initiatives through data-driven insights and analysis.
- Collaborate effectively with US-based Delivery Leads and other stakeholders.
- 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Experience in data analytics and financial crimes reporting.
- Expertise in analytics (e.g., SQL, Python or R skills)
- Proficiency in working with large datasets and ETL processes.
- Strong ability to mentor teams and drive strategic initiatives.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik Sense) is a plus.
- Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to reach conclusions, identify tasks, record actions, and achieve results.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
