The Business Operations and Transformation Leader sits at the center of HPE Networking Global Customer Experience’s next chapter, partnering with the SVP of Networking Customer Experience to turn enterprise priorities into a clear operating agenda, accelerate transformation, and create the discipline needed to deliver lasting business impact. This leader oversees critical business objectives, transformation initiatives, operational excellence, Management of Change, and employee experience programs that improve customer outcomes, team member engagement, organizational effectiveness, and business performance. By simplifying processes, removing execution barriers, and strengthening cross-functional alignment, the role helps GCX scale effectively and deliver stronger outcomes for customers, team members, and the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Customer Experience leadership team to define and execute long-term business strategies and transformation roadmaps aligned to Networking priorities.
  • Drive strategic planning, annual operating plans, multi-year business plans, investment prioritization, operating rhythms, and executive governance across the organization.
  • Lead team member experience programs and Management of Change efforts that strengthen engagement, commitment, adoption, and workforce readiness through periods of business, organizational, and technology transformation.
  • Develop data-driven business cases, financial models, and performance analyses to support executive decision making and maximize business value.
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple business units and stakeholder groups that improve revenue growth, customer retention, operational efficiency, profitability, and service delivery performance.
  • Own executive-level governance, including business reviews, strategic initiative tracking, risk management, and executive action planning.
  • Advise senior executives on competitive insights, risk assessments, investment tradeoffs, and business performance actions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in business strategy, transformation, consulting, corporate development, business operations, or general management within a global technology or services organization.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs that delivered measurable business, operational, financial, and organizational outcomes.
  • Experience developing and executing multi-year business strategies, operating plans, and organizational transformation roadmaps.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including investment analysis, resource allocation, business case development, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership teams to drive strategic decisions, organizational alignment, and operational execution.
  • Expertise in organizational change management, employee experience, workforce transformation, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills with experience preparing executive presentations, board-level materials, and strategic communications.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to convert insights into business action.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders, drive accountability, and deliver results in highly matrixed global organizations.
  • Background in services, customer success, customer experience, or networking preferred.
