What You'll Bring:
Minimum 3-5 years project management experience
Experience of the project lifecycle and can demonstrate success across Time, Cost and Quality metrics
Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, APM-PMQ, MSP, Agile)
Exposure to ERP environments (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics) or experience collaborating with technical/functional ERP teams.
Working knowledge of traditional and agile Project Management Methodologies such as Waterfall/DSDM/Scrum
Strong understanding of Project Governance and Quality Assurance;
Proven ability to deliver organisational and process change through collaboration with a wide range of business leaders and stakeholders;
Experience of applying project management methodology; and
Management of project RAID logs and timely and accurate reports to Programme Boards to enable directed decision making
Impact You'll Make:
Work closely with clients, third parties, business and operational teams to understand their requirements, developing effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the projects and service delivery.
Create and execute realistic and achievable project plans.
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project.
Manage, monitor and motivate the cross functional teams assigned to the project.
Project manage within the TU delivery framework as governed by the PMO.
Adaptable enough to take on several roles to "get things delivered".
Prepare project communications to keep stakeholders up to date with progress.
Creation and management of project plans, resource schedules and financial reports; with focus on creating realistic schedules and plans for self and others to follow.
Evaluate risks and develop strategies to overcome project obstacles.
Identify and implement appropriate quality standards to ensure project quality.
Assume responsibility for schedule adjustments, costs, and project modifications.
Ensure the project knowledgebase is captured, current and stored appropriately.
Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
Manage Requests for change ensuring the project deliverables and timelines are not adversely affected.
Liaise with the assigned project teams to coordinate change, building, testing and implementation.
Track project progress against plans and produce progress metrics and reports;
Demonstrates an understanding of the role of our regulators and their powers
