Your Impact
The primary purpose of this role is to provide advanced functional and analytical support for Lowe's financial ERP system. This position requires deep expertise in financial applications, the ability to anticipate and resolve complex user issues, and the judgment to operate with limited supervision. The role partners cross-functionally across all areas of finance to optimize system use, troubleshoot problems, and recommend process improvements to ensure financial software supports business objectives effectively.
What You Will Do
- Respond and resolve complex end-user inquiries regarding financial systems.
- Provide advanced functional guidance and acts as a trusted advisor to Finance and cross-functional partners to maximize system performance and value.
- Maintain deep subject matter expertise in financial applications and proactively identify opportunities to improve system functionality, efficiency, and user experience.
- Partner with IT and end-user business teams to translate business needs into actionable system solutions with minimal oversight.
- Lead functional support for new system capabilities, enhancements, and testing activities, ensuring readiness for business adoption.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 3-5 years Accounting or finance experience, ideally in a retail business setting
- 3-5 years experience in financial systems support, accounting or related technical/functional role
Preferred Skills/Education
- Advanced skills in MS office programs (Excel, Word, Access)
