Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Program/Project Manager to lead and execute site-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to drive programs end-to-end while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Objectives of this role

  • Lead and deliver site-wide programs and strategic initiatives from inception to completion

  • Drive end-to-end program execution, including planning, tracking, risk mitigation, and delivery

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely outcomes

  • Prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Make independent, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment

  • Manage and coordinate with third-party vendors, ensuring quality and timely delivery

  • Oversee budget planning and allocation, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources

  • Track and report program performance using relevant metrics and dashboards

  • Create and deliver high-impact presentations for leadership reviews and updates

Responsibilities

Operational Program Management

  • Will be a part of Site Program Management team which is a part of the CEO’s office

  • Person will report into South Asia Strategy & Operations Lead, overall folding to South Asia CEO

  • Must have people/stakeholder management and an understanding of Employee Forums, R&R , formulating policies etc

  • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project teams  to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives

Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Quickly develop and maintain relationships within the organization and/or with external partners.

  • Support leadership in operational decision-making through data-driven insights and reporting.

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate across all organizational levels

  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders

  • Ability to think top-down yet stay connected to details.

  • Work collaboratively and operate at all levels with global, cross-functional teams.

Vendor & Budget Management

  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring service quality and contractual compliance.

  • Develop and monitor operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining service standards.

Strategic Initiatives

  • Drive multiple site wide employee engagement and cross functional operational projects

  • Lead or support site wide compliance, communications, employee success, infrastructure projects in collaboration with respective teams

  • Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment

Required skills and qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience

  • Exceptional skills in leadership, time management and communication

  • Must be a Team Player

  • Strong organisational and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Data-driven decision-making with proficiency in operational analytics tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) 

  • MBA  or equivalent

  • Fluency with Program Management tools (Trello, asana, JIRA etc)

  • Familiarity with with Google Workspaces

  • Past experience in Managing Operations for large scale organization
