What You'll Do
• Partner with Account Executives and sales teams to understand customer priorities, identify opportunities, and shape technical strategies.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners across data center networking, compute, and AI infrastructure.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, architecture discussions, demonstrations, and presentations.
• Translate customer business and technical requirements into scalable, differentiated Cisco solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of technical pre-sales experience in at least one of the following domains: Data Center Networking, Computing/Servers, or Campus Networking
- Experience leading technical proposals, discussions, and Proof of Concepts/Values in these areas
- Strong communication and presentation skills to conduct in-depth technical discussions and solution demonstrations with commercial clients
- Ability to quickly and proactively learn and specialize in emerging technologies such as data center, next-generation compute/servers, and AI infrastructure
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of data center networking design fundamentals, including traditional 3-tier architecture, VXLAN EVPN, Software Defined Networking (SDN), and Data Center Interconnect (DCI)
- Solid understanding of network security in data centers, including design and implementation of multi-tenancy, N-S/E-W firewalls, and microsegmentation
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver engaging demos, Proof-of-Concepts, and workshops to both technical and non-technical audiences on infrastructure and modernization topics
- Experience with the Cisco data center portfolio (Nexus/ACI, UCS, Intersight, HyperFabric) or comparable competitive platforms
